About

A free CO2 laser file every day. Every one cut on camera before it goes out, and shipped with the settings that cut it.

Why free?

I make and sell physical laser-cut products atLittle Top Creations. Along the way I have accumulated a lot of designs and a lot of hard-won knowledge about what actually cuts well — and I would rather give it away and build something with the people who use it than let it sit on a hard drive.

So: a new file every day, free, no email gate, no hoops. If it turns into something bigger down the road, great. For now the goal is simply to be the most useful free laser file site on the internet.

What makes these different

Most free laser files are untested. You download them, set up your material, hit go, and find out the tabs do not fit or the scale is wrong or the engrave settings scorch through.

Every file here is cut on camera before it is released. That is the whole video — you watch the laser cut it and see the finished piece come off the bed. And because I am standing at the machine anyway, every file ships with the exact material, machine, speed, power, and pass settings used in that video.

Settings never transfer perfectly between machines. But a real, tested starting point from a known machine beats guessing from zero.

What you get

The goal

Season 1 runs until 500 makers have joined the list. When it gets there, everybody gets a reward drop and the next season starts with a bigger number. The day counter never resets.

Joining the list is free and optional — the files are free either way. But it is the one thing that moves the number.

Say hello

Found a bug in a file, want to request a design, or just want to show me something you cut? I want to see it. Tag me or reply to any email from the list.
